Our spec homes solve that. We handle all the design decisions: the floor plan, the finishes, the materials, and we build them to the same standard we hold our custom projects to. Gulf Coast durability throughout: impact windows and doors, spray foam insulation, hurricane-rated construction, and HVAC sized for the Florida climate. When you walk through the home, you're seeing the finished product. Touch the countertops. Look at the light coming through the windows. There are no renderings, no surprises.
